- Where do you stand (how much tech debt / what is your current scale and required / can you define categories of support )
3: Define a target state to support product vision
4: Create a plan
- Analyze options and Opportunities
- analyze external and internal factors
- Prioritize and select your initiatives
5: Execute your projects

What is Tech Debt?
In Gartner's term work that is “owed” to an IT system when teams “borrow” against long-term quality by making short-term sacrifices, taking short cuts, or using workarounds to meet delivery deadlines. These debts can impact system performance, scalability or resilience.
